At Hartford Cavaliers, we are dedicated to raising exceptional Cavalier King Charles Spaniels with a focus on health, temperament, and responsible breeding practices.

As a home-based breeder, every puppy is raised inside our home—not in kennels—where they are handled daily, exposed to real-life environments, and given the attention they need to thrive. This early socialization helps create confident, affectionate companions that transition smoothly into their forever homes.

We intentionally plan only two litters per year. This allows us to give each puppy—and each parent—the time, care, and attention they deserve while preventing accidental litters and maintaining the highest standards of ethical breeding.

Health is at the core of everything we do. All of our breeding dogs are thoroughly health tested, and we are committed to improving the breed by working to reduce common Cavalier health concerns, including heart-related conditions. Our goal is to produce not just beautiful puppies, but healthier generations of Cavaliers.
